The Centre of Complementary Medicine, Petersfield.
In this session we will be getting into the festive spirit! Through the art of Foil Embossing we will make beautiful decorations that can be hung on your tree or around your house. The process is very simple yet highly effective.
What is a creative women’s group?
These groups are a beautiful way to come together with other women whilst simultaneously exploring our own creativity. They are relaxed and informal, with only a very loose structure:
Sit in circle, 5 min guided meditation to ground into the space. There is then the option to pull a tarot card or two if you feel drawn to. See what comes up, if anything. Freedom to share if you would like.
Making time. This takes up the majority of the session.
A short closing circle.

The session is held with soft lighting and quiet music in the background. Cushioned floor mats are provided to sit on and herbal teas are available. You are welcome to chat as you make, or simply be in silence - often there is a mix of both. The main thing is that you feel free to come as you are, for nothing is expected of you - this is a space for you to unwind and relax.
